- Account & Authentication Information: When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, unique user ID (UID), and basic profile metadata provided via Google Sign-In or email registration via Google Firebase Authentication.
- User Inputs & Chat Interactions: Text queries, prompts, attachments (e.g., images, PDF documents, text files), and voice inputs submitted to generate responses, summaries, or AI artwork.
- Subscription & Activation Data: Details regarding your active plan tier (e.g., Free, Pro, Business), VIP codes, and remaining feature quotas stored securely in your private cloud profile.
- Device & Diagnostic Data: Non-personally identifiable technical information, including device model, operating system version, app version, language preferences, and anonymized performance/crash telemetry to troubleshoot bugs.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used exclusively for the following operational purposes:
- To process your prompts and deliver real-time AI responses, image generations, document analysis, and web search results.
- To synchronize your conversations and subscription status securely across your devices.
- To authenticate users, safeguard against fraudulent activity, and enforce quota limitations.
- To monitor app health, optimize performance, and release updates.
Important: We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal data, chat history, or uploaded documents to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Security & Storage
We implement stringent security standards to protect your data:
- All communication between your device, our servers, and third-party AI APIs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 protocols.
- Authentication tokens and credentials are encrypted using secure Android Keystore and protected local storage.
- Uploaded temporary files and images for analysis are processed transiently and discarded following completion of the requested task.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your personal data and privacy settings:
- Clear Chat History: You can delete individual chats or your entire conversation history at any time directly within the App.
- Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by selecting the "Sign Out / Delete Account" option in the Settings screen or by contacting our support team via email. Upon request, all associated records will be permanently purged within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to delete such data.
